摘 要:目的比较甲状腺乳头状癌患者对传统健康教育方式和思维导图形式的健康教育所传递信息的接受程度。方法将2018-2019年入住该院特需病房,诊断为甲状腺乳头状癌的600例患者分为两组,分别接受传统健康教育方式和思维导图健康教育方式,于健康教育后1 h、出院时以及出院后1个月进行随访,计算并统计两组患者对于健康教育信息的知晓率。结果两组患者平均年龄分别为(36.22±7.72)岁与(37.24±9.56)岁,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),性别及受教育程度方面亦无明显差异。传统健康教育组及思维导图健康教育组患者在健康教育1 h、出院时以及出院后1个月对健康教育信息的知晓率分别为:(0.8±0.1)vs.(0.9±0.09),(0.5±0.07)vs.(0.78±0.05),(0.45±0.08)vs.(0.7±0.03)。结论相较于传统健康教育方式,思维导图健康教育方式可以明显提高患者对健康教育信息的接受程度,提高患者的住院满意度。Objective To compare the acceptance of health education information transmitted through traditional health education and mind-guided health education in patients with thyroid papillary cancer.Methods Six hundred patients with papillary thyroid cancer who were admitted to the special needs ward of Shanghai Ruijin Hospital Special Medical Care Center from 2018 to 2019 were divided into two groups.They received traditional health education and mind map health education respectively.They were followed up 1 hour after health education,at discharge and 1 month after discharge.The awareness rate of health education information of the two groups was calculated and counted.Results The average age of the two groups was 34.79±7.98 vs.37.23±9.56 respectively,which showed no significant difference in both groups(P<0.05).There was also no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender and education level.The awareness rates of health education information in traditional health education group and mind map health education group were 0.8±0.1 vs.0.9±0.09;0.5±0.07 vs.0.78±0.05;0.45±0.08 vs.0.7±0.03 respectively,at 1 hour of health education,at discharge and one month after discharge.Conclusion Compared with traditional health education,mind map health education can significantly improve patients′acceptance of health education information.
