基层医疗机构慢性阻塞性肺疾病相关医疗资源配置调查与分析

摘　　要：目的通过对基层医疗机构慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)相关医疗资源调查分析,了解现状,发现短板,不断完善COPD医疗资源配置。方法采用整群抽样方法对陕西安康、北京等18个地区基层医疗卫生机构进行问卷调查,问卷质量检查后采用Epi Data进行数据录入,采用SPSS25.0软件进行统计分析。结果基层医疗机构COPD专业人力较少、部分仪器药品的配备率较低;东、中、西地区间的差异有统计学意义,社区卫生服务中心与乡镇卫生院配置差异大多无统计学意义。结论当前基层医疗机构COPD相关医疗资源配置有待加强,多策并举提高基层医疗机构COPD的防诊治能力;相关医疗资源地区间分布不均衡,卫生健康行政部门在进行资源配置时,需统筹兼顾,综合考虑多要素的系统作用。Objective Through the investigation and analysis of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)related medical resources in primary medical institutions,the existing shortcomings were found,to continuously im⁃prove the allocation of COPD medical resources.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in primary medical and health institutions in 18 regions,including Ankang City,Shaanxi Province and of Beijing City.After the questionnaire was collected,the quality was checked,EpiData was used for data entry,and SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results Basic medical institutions had less manpower and equipment,and the preparation rate of some drugs was low.The difference among Eastern,Middle and Western regions was statistically significant.There was no difference among community health service centers and township health centers.Conclusion At present,the allo⁃cation of related medical resources in primary medical institutions needs to be strengthened,and multiple measures should be taken to improve the prevention and treatment ability in primary medical institutions.The distribution of rele⁃vant medical resources is not balanced among different regions.When allocating resources,the health administration department needs to give overall consideration to the system function of multiple factors.
