摘　　要：目的开展基于病种住院医疗基础费用研究,为控费和降低病种成本提供参考。方法采用方差分析和LSD法比较不同医生治疗同病种例均基础费用、平均住院日的差异。运用Excel 2010和SPSS17.0软件处理数据。结果全院住院患者例均基础费用为9789元,不同医生治疗2型糖尿病性肾病例均基础费用无差异(F=1.097,P=0.352),平均住院日有差异(F=3.874,P=0.010)。不同医生治疗白内障例均基础费用有差异(F=5.001,P=0.002),平均住院日有差异(F=26.165,P=0.000)。结论在今后的绩效改革中,根据收治病种的难易程度,配套病种绩效改革,促使压缩病种成本,减轻患者负担。Objective To develop the medical basic cost of hospitalization based on disease,and to control and re⁃duce disease cost.Methods The variance analysis and the LSD method were used to compare the differences in the basic cost of the cases and the average hospitalization days under the treatment of different doctors for the same disease.Data was analyzed using Excel 2010 and SPSS17.0 software.Results The average basic cost of inpatients was 9789 yuan in the hospital.There was no difference in the basic cost of treatment for type 2 diabetic kidney cases between different doctors(F=1.097,P=0.352),and there were differences in mean hospitalization days(F=3.874,P=0.010).There were differences in the basic cost of patients with cataract treated by different doctors(F=5.001,P=0.002),and there were differences in mean hospitalization days(F=26.165,P=0.000).Conclusion In the future,performance reform should be carried out according to the difficulty level of the disease,which will reduce the cost of disease and reduce the burden on patients.
