河南省临床重点专科科研能力提升情况及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解"河南省省直医疗卫生机构医疗服务能力提升工程"纳入专科建设前后的科研建设情况,分析科研能力提升情况及其影响因素,为学科建设提供借鉴。方法运用配对t检验、Wilcoxon符号秩和检验分析建设前后科研产出变化情况,采用主成分分析和二次相对评价模型评价科研能力提升情况、相关性分析筛选能力提升主要影响因素。结果省级以上学会任职人数、期刊任职人数、核心及SCI期刊论文发表数、发明专利/实用新型专利数建设前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),二次相对评价值与发明专利/实用新型专利数相关(r=0.698,P<0.05)。结论主成分分析和二次相对评价模型可有效评价临床重点专科科研提升情况。临床重点专科应持续推进高层次科研立项、增强学术影响力,注重专利研发,推动科技创新成果转化。Objective To know the scientific research construction before and after the inclusion of the“Henan Provincial Direct Medical and Health Institutions Medical Service Capability Improvement Project”,analyze the im⁃provement of scientific research capabilities and its influencing factors,and provide reference for future discipline construction.Methods The paired t test and Wilcoxon signed rank test were used to analyze the changes in scientific research output before and after the construction,and the principal component analysis and the secondary relative evaluation model were used to evaluate the improvement of scientific research ability and the correlation analysis to screen the main factors affecting the improvement of ability.Results The difference in the number of people holding the post of the institute at or above the provincial level,the number of people posts in journals or magazines,the number of papers published in core journals and SCI journals,the number of invention patents/utility model patents before and after construction are statistically significant(P<0.05).The secondary relative evaluation value is related to the number of invention patents/utility model patents(r=0.698,P<0.05).Conclusion Principal component analy⁃sis and secondary relative evaluation model can effectively evaluate the improvement range of clinical key special⁃ty scientific research.Key clinical specialties should continue to promote high-level research projects,enhance aca⁃demic influence,pay attention to patent research and promote the transformation of scientific and technological inno⁃vation achievements.
