摘　　要：以某妇幼保健院为例,运用SWOT分析法对医院内部竞争优势、劣势及外部环境机会和威胁进行动态综合分析,探讨三级妇幼保健院在发展中面临的机遇和挑战。以专科特色明显、科研人才优势突出、信息化建设水平较高等内部优势为发展基础,在学科建设短板突出、高层次人才缺乏、科研竞争力不强、配套政策支持不足等方面寻找发展突破口,固优势、补短板,为制定医院"十四五"发展规划提供参考。Through taking a MCH hospital as an example,the paper uses SWOT analysis to analyze the internal competitive advantages,disadvantages and external environment opportunities and threats,discusses the opportuni⁃ties and challenges faced by the tertiary women and children health care institutions.Based on the development of the specialty characteristics,the outstanding advantages of scientific research talents and the higher level of informa⁃tion construction,the development breakthrough is found in the aspects of short board,lack of high-level talents,weak scientific research competitiveness,and insufficient supporting policies,etc.,so as to strengthen the advan⁃tages and make up the short board for the hospital,in order to provide reference for the“14th Five-Year Plan”of the hospital.
