摘  要:Cr-Mo配比对于临氢压力容器用Cr-Mo钢的力学性能具有重要意义,利用JMatPro软件,模拟计算了五种Cr-Mo配比对150mm厚度规格12Cr2Mo1VR临氢压力容器钢板连续冷却相变、淬透性曲线、钢中碳化物析出类型以及元素分布的影响规律,从而确定出较合适的Cr-Mo配比,为150mm厚度规格的12Cr2Mo1VR特厚钢板的合金成分设计提供理论依据,为180 mm规格特厚板的开发打好理论基础。结果表明:Cr-Mo质量配比为2.25%Cr-1%Mo的实验钢可以获得全部贝氏体组织,淬透性良好,回火后析出碳化物MC、M23C6和M7C3比例最大。The Cr-Mo ratio is of great significance to the mechanical properties of Cr-Mo steels used in hydrogen pressure vessels.With JMatPro software used,five kinds of Cr-Mo ratios are simulated and their effect on continuous cooling phase transformation,hardenability curve,carbide precipitation type and element distribution of 150 mm thick 12Cr2Mo1VR hydrogen pressure vessel steels plates is studied.And a suitable Cr-Mo ratio is determined,which provides a theoretical basis for the alloy design of the 150 mm thick 12Cr2Mo1VR extra-thick steel plate and builds theoretical foundation for the development of 180mm thick plates.The results show that the experimental steel with a mass ratio of Cr-Mo of 2.25%Cr-1%Mo will obtain total bainite structure with good hardenability and the largest proportion of precipitated carbides MC,M23C6 and M7C3 after tempering.
