摘 要:奥氏体晶粒尺寸是影响临氢铬钼钢各项力学性能的重要因素,研究其长大规律对性能的优化尤为重要。本文通过对比分析12Cr2Mo1R和12Cr2Mo1VR两种临氢钢奥氏体化过程中的奥氏体晶粒尺寸及形态,获得了合金元素V对奥氏体晶粒的影响规律,即奥氏体化过程中奥氏体晶粒的长大主要受保温温度的影响,富V元素的M(C,N)型碳化物的钉扎作用是12Cr2Mo1VR钢奥氏体尺寸细小及1050℃粗化时间较12Cr2Mo1R钢滞后的原因。并结合热力学计算结果给出各自淬火温度宜选取的温度范围,为热处理工艺的制定提供参考。Austenite grain size is a major factor affecting various mechanical properties of hydrogen—containing Cr-Mo steel.Thus it is particularly important to study its growth law to optimize the performance.In this paper,the austenite grain size and morphology of 12Cr2Mo1R and 12Cr2Mo1 VR steels during austenitizing process were compared and analyzed.The effect of alloying element V on austenite grain size was figured out,i.e.growth of austenite during austenizing is mainly affected by holding temperature,and the pinning effect of V-rich M(C,N)carbide is the reason why the austenite size of 12Cr2Mo1VR steel is smaller and the coarsening time at 1050 ℃ is later than that of 12Cr2Mo1R steel.And combining the results of thermodynamic calculations,the respective quenching temperature ranges are given in this paper,which provides a reference for the formulation of heat treatment processes.
