摘 要:目的:观察亚高原训练对高原驻训新兵血液流变学的影响,为探讨加快高原习服的措施提供科学依据和参考。方法:抽取2018-09-07~09-27驻平原某部队40名新兵,随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组在亚高原进行中等强度适应性训练,2周后两组同时进入高原。检测两组新兵在平原、亚高原、高原的血液流变学指标。结果:与平原比较,两组新兵在亚高原和高原的血液流变学指标都有不同程度的增高,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);在亚高原2周后,实验组的中低切全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血浆黏度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);上高原2 d后,实验组的中低切全血黏度、红细胞变形指数、刚性指数和聚集指数都显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。上高原2 d后与亚高原相比,对照组的所有指标均有显著性差异(P<0.01),实验组只是血浆黏度有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:一定强度的亚高原训练能促进机体血液流变学发生更明显的代偿适应性变化,降低进入更高海拔地区的低氧应激,对于加快军人对高原环境的适应有积极作用。Objective:To observe the effect of sub plateau training on hemorheology of recruits in the the plateau,so as to provide scientific basis and reference for exploring the methods of accelerating adaptation to high altitude environment.Methods:Forty recurits of plain army,all male,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The experimental group received moderate intensity adaptive training in sub plateau,and two groups entered plateau at the same time two weeks later.The hemorheological indexes of the two groups were detected in plain,sub plateau and high altitude.Results:Compared with the plain,heological parameters of the two groups of soldiers at sub plateau and high altitude were increased in different degrees,and the differences were very significant or significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05);after 2 weeks at sub plateau,the low and medium shear blood viscosit,erythrocyte aggregation index of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the plasma viscosity was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);after 2 days at high altitude,the low and medium shear blood viscosity,erythrocyte deformation index,rigidity index and aggregation index of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 days at high altitude,all indexes in the control group were significantly different from those in the sub plateau group(P<0.01),but the plasma viscosity in the experimental group was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:A certain intensity of sub altitude training can promote more obvious compensatory adaptive changes of hemorheology,reduce the hypoxic stress of entering higher altitude areas,and play a positive role in accelerating soldiers′adaptation to high altitude environment.
