摘　　要：以MPC公司的海外汽车KD项目为背景,分析海外汽车KD项目国际物流管理的重要性和目前存在的问题,从工装设备发运、项目样车和样件进出口管理等方面提出海外汽车KD项目国际物流管理的建议。Based on the overseas automobile KD project of MPC company,the importance of the international logistics management of the overseas automobile KD project and the existing problems are analyzed,and suggestions for international logistics management of the overseas automobile KD is proposed from the aspects of tooling equipment shipment,project prototypes and sample parts import and export management,etc.
