摘　　要：转向节是汽车底盘上的一个重要零件,承受着复杂多变的冲击载荷。汽车在试验场1万里左右前发生开裂。经过对转向节材质、匹配尺寸的检测、对标同类型转向节壁厚设计,故障复现,有效的锁定开裂`的原因以及对产品设计进行改进提升,满足车辆使用要求。Steering knuckle is an important part of automobile chassis,which bears complex and changeable impact load.The car cracked about 10000 miles before the test site.After testing the material and matching size of the steering knuckle,benchmarking the wall thickness design of the same type of steering knuckle,fault recurrence,effective reasons for locking cracking and improving the product design,the requirements of vehicle use are met.
