摘　　要：汽车DCT(Double Clutch Transmission)电子换档器实际上是一种传递驾驶员意图的执行机构。换挡器内部集成电控单元,通过CAN总线,与DCT变速箱控制单元(TCU)进行通讯,传递相应的档位给变速箱控制器。DCT换档器的档位信号是电子信号,通过霍尔感应方式实现的,因此我们也称电子换档器。它避免了传统换挡精度查,耐久性不高等问题。本论文分享了一种旋钮换挡器灯光亮度的自动检测装置,一机架上设置有一能够遮光的暗箱,所述暗箱内设有支架,所述支架上安装有一个与待检测换挡器的底端形状相吻合的底座,所述底座上设有用于向待检测换挡器提供工作电源的接插件,所述底座的正上方设有盖板,所述盖板下端连接与待检测换挡器上端外廓相吻合的压块,使待检测换挡器能够固定于所述压块和所述底座之间,且所述压块中部开设有通槽用于使待检测换挡器的各指示灯露出;所述盖板上还安装有具有多个通道的采光模块,可一一对应的采集各个指示灯的光信号;所述盖板还连接有一升降式机构。DCT(Double Clutch Transmission)is a kind of actuator which transmits the driver's intention.The electronic control unit is integrated in the shifter,which communicates with DCT transmission control unit(TCU)through CAN bus,and transmits the corresponding gear to the transmission controller.The gear signal of DCT shifter is electronic signal,which is realized by hall induction,so it is called electronic shifter,which avoids the problems of traditional shift accuracy and low durability.This paper shares an automatic detection device for light brightness of knob shifter.A frame is provided with a dark box which can block light.The dark box is provided with a bracket.The bracket is installed with a base which is consistent with the shape of the bottom end of the shifter to be detected.The base is provided with a connector which is used to provide working power for the shifter to be detected,and a bracket is arranged right above the base.There is a cover plate,and the lower end of the cover plate is connected with a pressure block which is consistent with the outer contour of the upper end of the gear shifter to be detected,so that the gear shifter to be detected can be fixed between the pressure block and the base,and a through groove is set in the middle of the pressure block to expose each indicator light of the gear shifter to be detected;a daylighting module with multiple channels is also installed on the cover plate,which can collect each indicator light one by one.The cover plate is also connected with a lifting mechanism.
