汽车的零部件开发的变更管理探究

摘　　要：随着汽车工业迅速发展,国家汽车管理部门对汽车零部件开发的变更管理也越来越严格,管理部门针对汽车零部件开发与生产出台了一系列管理规定,从而规范汽车行业生产行为。当前,关于汽车管理方面的研究主要集中在汽车零部件项目开发方面,对于汽车的零部件开发的变更管理项目的研究还相对较少,这不利于汽车管理部门的有效管理。基于此,本文主要对汽车的零部件开发的变更原因以及变更实施管控方法进行以下相关探究,从而希望能够为汽车管理部门中的零部件管理奠定理论基础。With the rapid development of automobile industry,the change management of automobile parts development by the national automobile management department is becoming more and more strict.In order to standardize the production behavior of automobile industry,at present,the research on automobile management is mainly focused on the development of automobile parts project,and the research on the change management project of automobile parts development is relatively few,which is not conducive to the effective management of automobile management department.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses the reasons for the change of automobile parts development and the control method of change implementation,to lay a theoretical foundation for the parts management in the automobile management department.
