摘  要:目的分析某院3年次同批次军队医务人员BMI纵向变化趋势及其与血脂代谢指标的关系,为军队医务人员的保健方案提供依据。方法收集某三级甲等海军医院连续参加2017—2019年体检的军队医务人员BMI与血脂代谢指标结果,共计305份,根据其检查结果采用SPSS 21.0数据软件进行统计分析。结果军队医务人员群体及不同年龄、性别群体BMI呈现下降趋势,但差异未达到显著性水平。BMI呈现下降趋势的共175人,占57.38%,呈现增长趋势的为130人,占42.62%。两组之间TG、TC和LDL-C指标的变化呈现显著性差异(t_1=3.433;t_2=5.906;t_3=3.908,P<0.05), BMI增长组的指标增长高于BMI下降组。以BMI3年变化率在-5~5%之间的为BMI稳定,低于-5%为BMI减小组,高于5%为BMI增加组,BMI下降113人,占37.05%,稳定为134人,占43.93%,增加为56人,占18.36%。三组医务人员高脂血症新发比例为增加组最高,减小组最低(χ~2=3.996);好转减小组比例最多,增加组其次,稳定组最低(χ~2=2.290),但差异未达到显著性水平。结论军队医务人员的BMI维持在一定范围内有助于血脂代谢的长期稳定,应当依据不同群体特征提供针对性的体重管理方案,以维持该群体血脂代谢的长期稳定。Objective To analyze the longitudinal change trend of BMI and its relationship with blood lipid metabolism index in the same batch of military medical staff in a hospital for 3 years,so as to provide the basis for the health care plan of military medical staff.Methods A total of 305 samples of BMI and blood lipid metabolism inde⁃xes of military medical personnel who continuously participated in physical examination from 2017 to 2019 in a naval hospital were collected.The data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 data software.Results BMI of military medical staff and different age and gender groups showed a downward trend,but the difference did not reach a significant level.BMI showed a downward trend of 175 people,accounting for 57.38%,showing an increasing trend of 130 people,ac⁃counting for 42.62%.There were significant differences in the changes of TG,TC and LDL-C between the two groups(t1=3.433;t2=5.906;t3=3.908,all P<0.05).BMI was stable when the 3-year change rate of BMI was between-5%and 5%,decreased when BMI was lower than-5%,increased when BMI was higher than 5%,decreased 113(37.05%),stabilized 134(43.93%),increased 56(18.36%).The new incidence rate of hyperlipidemia among the three groups was the highest in the increase group and the lowest in the decrease group(χ2=3.996),the highest in the improvement decrease group,the second in the increase group and the lowest in the stable group(χ2=2.290),but the difference was not significant.Conclusion The maintenance of BMI in a certain range is conducive to the long-term stability of blood lipid metabolism of military medical personnel.We should provide targeted weight man⁃agement programs according to the characteristics of different groups to maintain the long-term stability of blood lipid metabolism of this group.
