摘　　要：神经系统疾病严重危害国民健康,疾病负担重、预后效果差。转化医学是将基础研究成果快速转化为临床实际应用的有效手段。因此,发展神经系统疾病转化医学,已成为提升神经系统疾病诊疗水平的"助推器"。梳理医院发展神经系统疾病转化医学存在的问题,并着眼转化模式、团队建设、机制创新等方面,探究适合发展转化医学的具体方式,为医院未来健全转化医学中心管理机制提供有力参考。Neurological diseases seriously endanger national health.The burden of these diseases is heavy and the prognosis is poor.At present,translational medicine is an effective means to quickly transform basic re⁃search results into clinical practical applications.Therefore,the development of translational medicine for neurologi⁃cal diseases is one of the effective ways to improve the diagnosis and treatment of neurological diseases.This paper reviews the problems existing in the development of translational medicine for neurological diseases in hospitals,and focuses on translational models,team building,mechanism innovation.This paper explores the suitable mechanism for the development of translational medicine and provides a powerful reference for the hospital to improve the man⁃agement mechanism of translational medicine centers in the future.
