摘　　要：总结改革调整初期联勤部队医院卫勤建设的特点,梳理建设打仗型医院过程中存在的突出矛盾,分析卫勤保障理论体系不健全,卫勤建设核心力量不足,卫勤建设科学管理能力欠缺,卫勤建设平时、战时职能界限不清,战时伤病员后送协调机制不畅,野战医疗队保障模式单一等方面的深层次原因,形成改进联勤部队医院卫勤建设的基本思路,并针对性地提出应对策略。The article systematically summarizes the characteristics of the medical service construction of the joint logistics force hospital after the reform and adjustment, sorts out the outstanding contradictions in the process of building a new war-fighting hospital, analyzes the deep-seated reasons such as insufficiency of the medical service support theoretical system and core strength of the medical service construction, lack of scientific management capabilities in medical service construction, unclear function boundaries of medical service construction in peacetime and wartime, inadequate coordination mechanism for the evacuation of the wounded and the sick in wartime, and single support mode of field medical teams and so on. It puts forward a basic propose and coping strategy for improving the joint logistics force hospital’s medical service construction.
