摘　　要：美军经过多年的实战检验和改进完善,其战伤救治理念与水平全球领先。文章从理念创新、组织管理、实战训练、战伤救治技术、装备和产品等多个维度深入分析2020年度美军战伤救治领域系列进展,主要包括提出"整体健康"理念,持续推进卫生系统改革,更新"战术战伤救治指南",探索改进疼痛管理模式等,并提出对我军的启示,以期为我军战场救治发展提供借鉴参考。After years of actual combat testing and improvement,the US military has taken the lead in the concept and level of combat casualty care in the world.This article analyzes the series of developments in the field of U.S.military combat casualty care in 2020 from multiple dimensions including concept innovation,organization and management,actual combat training,combat casualty care technology,equipment and products.It mainly in⁃cludes proposing the concept of“Holistic Health”,continuously promoting the reform of health system,updating the“Tactical Combat Casualty Care Guidelines”,and exploring the improvement of pain management mode.Fur⁃thermore,the article puts forward the enlightenment and hoping to provide reference for our battlefield treatment de⁃velopment.
