摘　　要：为主动应对当前世界范围内新一轮科技革命和产业变革以及正在重构全球创新版图,各大高校中工程教育的改革创新显得尤为突出,适时教育部提出了"三全育人"的新型教育理念。为实现制造强国、创造强国的目标、为把美丽的中国梦变成现实,人才的培养是一个必须回答的问题。因此,在新工科背景下实施"三全育人"的新型教育理念和教育模式是一项极其重要的活动,也为提升学生素质、为社会发展也起到了强有力的助推作用。In order to actively respond to the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change in the world and to reconstruct the global innovation map,the reform and innovation of engineering education in colleges and universities is particularly prominent.At the right time,the Ministry of education put forward the new education concept of"three complete education".In order to realize the goal of making and creating a powerful country,and to turn the beautiful Chinese dream into reality,the cultivation of talents is a question that must be answered.Therefore,it is an extremely important activity to implement the new education concept and mode of"three complete education"under the background of new engineering,which also plays a strong role in promoting students’quality and social development.
