摘  要:开展船舶气囊隔振系统的可靠性研究能够为其设计优化及运行维护提供理论支撑。本文根据船舶气囊隔振系统的结构特点,建立可靠性网络模型,并给出系统的可靠度计算及分析模型。详细讨论气囊隔振系统各组成部件、运行前检修维护措施对系统可靠度的影响,以及不同规模气囊隔振系统可靠度特点。分析结果表明:系统的气体管路对其可靠度影响最大,运行前对气体管路进行检修维护能够大幅提高系统可靠度和正常运行时间;对于大规模气囊隔振系统,由于承载能力余量较大,故系统可靠性较高,但其可靠度降低速度随运行时间逐渐变大。Reliability study of ship air-spring mounting system(ASMS)can provide theoretical support for its design optimization and operation maintenance.In this paper,a reliability network model is established.The reliability calculation and analysis model of system are also given according to the structural characteristics of ASMS.The influence of the components,the maintenance measures and the reliability characteristics with difference scales are discussed in detail.The results of analysis indicate that,the gas line of ASMS has the greatest influence on its reliability,maintenance of gas lines before operation can greatly improve reliability.Due to the large bearing capacity margin of ASMS,the reliability is high,however,the decreasing speed of reliability increases with the running time.
