摘 要:水下弹射产生的筒口气泡载荷是影响发射安全的重要因素。为明确筒口导流结构对筒口气泡载荷抑制的效能和机理,采用数值计算方法,对无导流结构、平板导流结构以及开孔导流结构形式下的流动状态和载荷特性进行计算分析。研究结果表明筒口导流结构可通过2种方式对压强载荷起到抑制作用,其一是改变筒口压强载荷传播路径;其二是增加筒口气泡的不稳定性进而引起气泡破碎脱落。此外,在水深环境变化时,导流结构对气泡载荷的抑制效果存在较大差异。The bubble near the canister outlet is an important factor affecting the safety during the underwater launching.To clarify the effect and mechanism of the canister outlet guiding structures in restraining the bubble load,the flow state and load characteristics in the different guiding structures are analyzed and compared by using numerical calculation method,including no guiding structure,the triangular flat guider and the triangular flat guider with three holes.The results show that there are two ways that guider structures can restrain the pressure load.One is to change the propagation path of the pressure load,the other is to split the bubble by increasing the instability of the bubble.In addition,the restraining effect of the guiding structures on the bubble is greatly different with the change of water depth.
