摘　　要：随着科学技术的不断提升,中国的各个行业都在追求绿色的经营方式,推动行业朝绿色、健康的方向发展。当前中国的采油业不断发展,为社会的生产发展贡献较大的力量。因此,社会对采油行业提出更高的要求,特别是在绿色养护方面提出新的要求。绿色养护管理可以在根本上进行提高经济的效益,提升采油的效率和质量,净化周边的空气,保证周围环境的持续、稳定。近些年,工业化生产已经取得一定的成就,现在追求的方向发生变化,从物质追求向精神追求转变,人们对工作环境也提出了更高要求。文章主要探讨了当前采油厂绿化养护管理中存在的问题,针对采油厂绿化养护管理存在问题的解决策略。With the continuous improvement of science and technology,all industries in China are pursuing green business mode,promoting the development of various industries towards green and healthy direction.At present,the oil production industry in China has been developing continuously,which contributes a lot to the development of society.Therefore,the society puts forward higher requirements for oil production industry,especially in green maintenance new requirements are made.Green maintenance management can fundamentally improve economic benefits,improve the efficiency and quality of oil production,purify the surrounding air,and ensure the continuous and stable surrounding environment.In recent years,industrial production has achieved certain achievements.The direction of the pursuit has changed,from material pursuit to spiritual pursuit,and people have put forward higher demands for the working environment.This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the current greening maintenance management of oil production plants and the solutions to the problems existing in the greening maintenance management of oil production plants.
