摘　　要：化工企业特、重大事故灾害危险频发,应急管理体系建设应运而生。研究发现,化工企业比较重视应急管理体系建设,但企业间存在建设程度差异;相关研究大致可以归结到理论层面和技术层面两部分,理论层面研究着眼于发展阶段、原则、一案三制、应急管理体系构成等;技术层面研究偏重评级指标体系、应急救援平台等;化工企业应急管理问题主要集中在人员、物资、技术、组织、制度等方面。未来,需要更深入探究化工企业智能化、标准化应急管理体系建设问题。With the frequent occurrence of special and major accidents and disasters in chemical enterprises,the construction of emergency management system came into being.This paper finds that chemical enterprises pay more attention to the construction of emergency management system,but there are differences in the degree of construction among enterprises;the related research can be roughly summed up in two parts:the theoretical level research focuses on the development stage,principles,one case and three systems,and the composition of emergency management system.The technical level research focuses on the rating index system,emergency rescue platform,etc;the chemical industry research focuses on the construction of emergency management system Enterprise emergency management problems mainly focus on personnel,materials,technology,organization,system and other aspects.In the future,we need to further explore the construction of intelligent and standardized emergency management system for chemical enterprises.
