摘  要:在工业化生产中,锅炉系统起着极其重要的作用,但存在运行效率不高,能源利用率低,污染性严重、稳定性差等问题。为了提高锅炉的运行效率,文章提出一种针对燃油燃气锅炉的群控系统设计方案,通过对单台或多台锅炉的自动化控制,以满足不同工况条件下锅炉的运行。该锅炉控制系统方案,通过将工控触摸屏、工控计算机、西门子PLC以及组态软件组合成整体的监控方式,并将该监控方式与锅炉本机专业锅炉控制器相结合,对锅炉实行单体控制或者群体控制,以实现锅炉的经济性能最大化。该系统方案具有锅炉系统直观、可靠性强、易于维护、易于扩展的优点。In industrial production,boiler system plays an extremely important role,but there are some problems such as low operation efficiency,low energy utilization ratio,serious pollution and poor stability.In order to improve the efficiency of boiler operation,this paper puts forward a group control system design scheme for oil-fired gas boiler,which can meet the operation of boiler under different working conditions by automatic control of single or multiple boilers.By combining the industrial control touch screen,industrial control computer,Siemens PLC and conf iguration software into a whole monitoring mode,and combining the monitoring mode with the professional boiler controller of the boiler machine,the boiler is controlled by a single unit or a group to maximize the economic performance of the boiler.The system has the advantages of intuitionism,reliability,easy maintenance and easy expansion of boiler system.
