摘　　要：文章主要阐述了石油天然气勘探开发项目风险识别,其中包括识别内容、基本原则、技术与工具、风险的分类等,同时说明减轻风险、预防风险、回避风险、转移风险、接受风险、储备风险等石油天然气勘探开发项目风险管理措施。This article mainly elaborated the oil and gas exploration and development project risk identif ication,including the identif ication of the content,basic principles,techniques,and tools,and the classif ication of risk,and reduce the risk,risk prevention,risk aversion,risk transfer,risk acceptance,risk reserves such as oil and gas exploration and development project risk management measures.
