摘 要:目的研究聚合酶链反应(PCR)检验法和细菌培养法运用在阴道细菌检验中的临床效果。方法将2019年8月—2020年5月在医院接受阴道细菌检测的90例阴道细菌感染性疾病患者设置为观察对象,均进行细菌培养法(A组)、PCR检验法(B组),分析两种检查方法的检出率。结果(1)B组阳性检出率(86.67%)高于A组(62.22%),P<0.05;(2)B组棒状杆菌(27.78%)、加特纳菌(36.67%)检出率均高于A组(12.22%、22.22%),P<0.05;但两组在肠球菌检出率方面的差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论在阴道细菌检验中实施PCR检验法,阳性检出率较高,且能有效检出棒状杆菌与加特纳菌,诊断价值较高。Objective To study the clinical effect of PCR and bacterial culture in vaginal bacterial test.Methods From August 2019 to May 2020,90 patients with vaginal bacterial infections who underwent vaginal bacterial testing in the hospital were set as observation objects.Bacterial culture method(group A)and PCR test method(group B)were performed,and two analyses were performed.The detection rate of this inspection method.Results(1)the positive rate of group B(86.67%)was higher than that of group A(62.22%),P<0.05;(2)the positive rates of Corynebacterium(27.78%)and Gartner's bacteria(36.67%)in group B were higher than those of group A(12.22%)and(22.22%),P<0.05;however,there was no significant difference in the detection rate of Enterococcus between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The PCR method can effectively detect Corynebacterium and gatnerella in vagina bacterial test,which has high diagnostic value and is worth popularizing.
