摘　　要：偶发故障、误报警是轴温监测设备存在的惯性问题。着重从软件算法角度研究提升系统可靠性的方法,该方法具有成本低,易实现等特点。系统运用于某客运列车项目,可靠性提升明显。Incidental faults and false alarms are the inertia problems of Hot Axle box Monitoring System.This paper focuses on the method of improving system reliability from the perspective of software algorithm.This method has the characteristics of low cost and easy implementation.The system is applied to a passenger train project which proves that the reliability is obviously improved.
