摘 要:通过对不同浓度NaCl和不同浓度Na_(2)SO_(4)两种盐胁迫下苋菜和雁来红种子的萌发试验,测定种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、相对盐害率、复水后最终发芽率、萌发恢复率等指标,研究盐胁迫对两种苋科植物种子萌发的影响。结果表明:在同等盐胁迫下,苋菜种子的发芽率、发芽势等指标均大于雁来红。不同盐胁迫下,苋菜种子的发芽率呈先增大后减小的特征,发芽势、发芽指数总体下降,雁来红种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数等呈持续下降的趋势;复水后苋菜种子的最终发芽率均在95.00%以上,雁来红种子的最终发芽率极显著高于CK;高浓度盐处理均推迟了两种苋科植物种子的萌发时间。两种植物均具有耐盐性,苋菜种子的耐盐能力强于雁来红,可尝试作为盐渍化地区园林绿化材料进行推广和应用。Effects of salt stress on seed germination of Amaranthus mangostanus and Amaranthus tricolor had been studied.The germination percentage under NaCl and Na_(2)SO_(4) stress,germination potential,germination index,relative salt damage rate,total germination rate and re-germination rate were determined.The results showed that under the same salt stress,the targets such as germination rate,germination potential of A.mangostanus seeds were higher than that of A.tricolor.The germination rate of A.mangostanus seeds increased firstly and then decreased.The germination potential and germination index of A.mangostanus seeds generally decreased.The germination rate,germination potential and germination index of A.tricolor seeds showed a continuous downward tendency.Total germination rate of A.mangostanus seeds was more than 95.00%.Total germination rate of A.tricolor seeds after transferred to distilled water was significantly higher than that of CK.Germinating times of two Amaranthaceae species were postponed under high salt stress.Salt tolerance of A.mangostanus is better than A.tricolor.So,it could be used as a greening plant material under salt environment.
