摘  要:根据长运距大型带式输送机的运行特点,提出了基于扭矩控制的变频自动张紧装置方案,介绍了变频张紧装置的系统组成和工作原理,给出了详细的参数设计流程和控制策略。该装置具有结构简单、响应速度快和张力控制精度高等优点,能够根据输送机运行状态自动调节张紧力、动态补偿输送机启动过程中输送带的弹塑性变形,明显降低输送机启动时对输送带的冲击。According to the operation characteristics of long distance large belt conveyor, put forward the scheme of frequency conversion automatic tensioning device based on torque control, introduced the system composition and working principle of frequency conversion tensioning device, and given the detailed parameter design process and control strategy. The device has the advantages of simple structure, fast response speed and high tension control precision. It can automatically adjust the tension according to the running state of the conveyor, dynamically compensate the elastic-plastic deformation of the belt during the starting process of the conveyor, and significantly reduce the impact on the belt when the conveyor starts.
