摘 要:为改善挖掘机行走马达的压力冲击和制动性能,设计采用一款由梭阀和换向阀组合的平衡阀。通过阐述行走马达用平衡阀结构原理,搭建行走马达控制回路的AMESim模型,分析平衡阀节流孔直径、阀芯质量和弹簧刚度对行走马达控制的影响。结果表明:平衡阀结构参数对制动后压力冲击影响较弱,其中阀芯质量对马达制动几乎无影响,而阀两侧的节流孔直径以及弹簧刚度在马达启动和制动阶段有着不同影响,仿真结果可为实际工程提供一定参考。In order to improve the pressure impact and braking performance of excavator walking motor,a balance valve composed of shuttle valve and directional valve was designed to use. By expounding the structure principle of balance valve for walking motor, the AMESim model of control circuit of walking motor was built, and the influence of orifice diameter, spool mass and spring stiffness of the balance valve on the control of walking motor was analyzed. The results show that the structural parameters of the balance valve have a weak influence on the pressure impact after braking, and the mass of the valve core has almost no influence on the motor braking, while the diameter of the throttle holes on both sides of the valve and the spring stiffness have different influences on the motor starting and braking stages. The simulation results can provide a certain reference for the engineering practice.
