摘 要:煤矿全断面矩形掘进机掘进通过多个刀盘组合一次全断面截割形成巷道,一般截割部都占满了巷道断面,掘进机司机无法直接查看工作面地质情况,也无法通过截割粉尘推算地质情况,只能通过滞后探底煤的方式控制掘进机沿底掘进。通过理论及试验来探索研究如何有效精确推算掘进机底煤情况,指导全断面矩形掘进机控制底煤掘进。The driving of whole section rectangular roadheader in coal mine forms roadway by the combination of several cutters and the cutting of whole section at one time. Usually the cutting section is all over the roadway section. The roadheader driver can′ t directly view the geology of the working face, and can′t predict the geology by the cutting dust. The roadheader driving along bottom can only be controlled by the way of follow-up lagging bottom coal. Explored and studied how to effectively and accurately calculate the coal situation at the bottom of roadheader by theory and experiment, guided whole section rectangular roadheader to control bottom coal driving.
