摘 要:调高油缸是滚筒采煤机实现正确截煤工艺的重要部件,其布置方式因采煤机整体结构和工作面具体要求的差异而有所区别。按照调高油缸布置的一般规则,对现行的不同布置方式分别进行了受力分析和研究,并结合采煤机配套基本知识,得出各种布置方式的基本特点和适用范围,为滚筒采煤机的设计制造提供重要的理论依据。Height adjustment cylinder is an important part of the drum shearer to achieve the correct coal cutting process, and its layout is different due to the overall structure of the shearer and the specific requirements of the working face. According to the general rules of the height adjustment cylinder layout, analyzed and studied the forces of the current different layout methods, and obtained the basic characteristics and scope of application of various layout methods by combining with the basic knowledge of the shearer. It can provide important theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of drum shearer.
