摘 要:针对现场锚杆锚固质量检测的局限性,设计研发了锚杆锚固质量测试仿真实验台。该实验台由固定架、锚固装置、拉拔装置组成。根据相关理论确定实验台各装置的合理参数,完成实验装置的设计。该实验台具有对锚杆锚固过程进行模拟、对锚固质量进行无损检测、对锚固体的力学性能进行测试等功能。应用结果表明,该实验台可以达到设计目标,满足锚固质量无损检测和锚固施工过程模拟要求。Aiming at the limitations of on-site bolt anchorage quality inspection, a simulation test bench for testing of bolt anchorage quality was designed and developed. The test bench is composed of a fixed frame, anchoring device and drawing device. The rational parameters of each device of the test bench were determined according to related theories and completed the design of the experimental device. The test bench has the functions of simulating the anchoring process of bolts, non-destructive testring of anchoage quality and analyzing the mechanical properties of anchors. The results of application show that the test bench can achieve the design goals, and meet the requirements of nondestructive testing of anchorage quality and simulation of anchoring construction process.
