摘　　要：在煤矿综采工作面刮板输送机配套特点分析的基础上,结合垂直布置永磁变频驱动刮板输送机的结构特点,进行了永磁半直驱驱动装置设计研究,提出了刮板输送机的机头、机尾配套设计策略与技巧,总结了垂直布置永磁变频驱动刮板输送机配套的应用优势。Based on the matching characteristic analysis of fully mechanized mining face scraper conveyor in the coal mine, combined with the structural features of scraper conveyor driven by verticallyarranged permanent magnetic frequency converting unit, the design of permanent magnetic semi-directly drive unit was studied, the matching design strategy and technique of scraper conveyor head and tail was proposed, and the matching application advantage of scraper conveyor driven by verticallyarranged permanent magnetic frequency converting unit was summarized.
