摘 要:采用控制单一变量的方法对酯硬化自硬砂造型工艺进行原砂砂型强度测试,对原砂粒度和黏结剂加入量对铸件表面砂层剥离的影响及对应的起模时间、不同炉温下铸件表面气坑与砂型表层水分含量等方面进行了实践性研究。应用结果表明:采用40-70目原砂,固化剂占改性水玻璃13%-17%、改性水玻璃占原砂2.2%-2.6%(加入量有季节性)有利于液压支架铸钢件(柱窝)表面砂层的剥离和清砂效率的提高。180-200℃的砂型表干温度能有效避免因酯硬化自硬砂砂型水分含量过高而导致的铸件表面气坑现象。The method of controlling a single variable was used to test the strength of the raw sand mold in the molding process of ester hardening self hardening sand. The influence of sand particle size and the amount of binder on the peeling off of the sand layer on the casting surface and the corresponding stripping time, and the air pits on the casting surface and the moisture content of the sand mold surface under different furnace temperatures were studied. The application results show that by using 40-70 mesh raw sand, the curing agent accounting for 13%-17% of the modified water glass and modified water glass accounting for 2.2%-2.6% of the raw sand(the addition amount is seasonal)are conducive to the stripping of sand layer on the surface of hydraulic support steel casting(column socket) and the improvement of sand cleaning efficiency. The sand mold surface dry temperature of180-200 ℃ can effectively avoid the casting surface air pits caused by the high moisture content of ester hardening self hardening sand mold.
