摘　　要：对轿车各类顶盖的冲压工艺方案进行了分类讨论,从用户要求、冲压设备、排废方式及顶盖与其它制件的匹配方式入手,总结出了针对不同类型顶盖制件相对应的修边、翻边、斜楔角度以及成形区域分布的方案设计,实现了顶盖的冲压工艺方案标准化设计,为今后汽车覆盖件顶盖类模具的冲压工艺方案提供了理论依据。This article focuses on the classification and discussion of various top cover stamping process plan for the automobile,starting from user requirements,stamping equipment,waste discharge method and the matching method of top cover and other parts,summarized the corresponding trimming,flanging,wedge angle and forming area distribution schemes for different types of top cover parts,and realized the standardized design of the top cover stamping process plan,which provides a theoretical basis for the stamping process plan of the top cover parts in the future.
