摘  要:介绍了对模具在数控加工中淬火后的高硬度材质崩口的理论研究、技术开发与应用,以及所取得的重要成果,主要包括切削参数、加工部件的造型等技术的研究开发。生产实际应用结果表明,通过改善后的参数可以大幅度提高加工品质,改善加工表面质量,降低产生崩口问题的整改成本。In the field of mechanical processing,cutting is the most widely used processing method.Its development direction is mainly to study high-speed cutting,processing high-hardness materials,and is an efficient composite processing technology.This article introduces the theoretical research,technical development and application of the mold after quenching the high hardness material collapse in CNC machining and the important achievements obtained,mainly including cutting parameters,the research and development of processing parts modeling and other technologies.The actual production application results show that the processing quality and surface quality can be greatly improved through the improved parameters,reduce the cost of rectification for crash problems.
