摘  要:目的了解佛山市南海区100家职业卫生监测以及职工健康监护详情。方法对2019年1—12月佛山市南海区100家企业作业场所的职工职业健康以及职业病危害因素检测进行分析。结果2019年1—12月在佛山市南海区100家企业,从业人员22391人,职业病危害接触总人数4120人,大中小3种企业规模的职业病危害接触比例对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);制造业99.0%,有色金属矿采选业1.00%;采集样本2120件,其中噪声不合格率、粉尘不合格率、化学毒物不合格率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);样品检测不合格率由高到低依次为私营企业、合资经营企业、其他企业、港澳台商投资企业、外商投资企业、有限责任公司,而私营企业的样品检测不合格率与其他企业对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);橡胶和塑料制品业样品、金属制品业不合格率,与家电气机械和器材制造业和家电气机械和器材制造业对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。岗前、在岗和离岗时进行健康体检,652名出现了不同的健康问题,占比15.83%。其中电测听、血常规、肺功能异常人数较多。结论佛山市南海区100家企业中以噪声职业病危害因素为主,需加强职工自身防护意识和企业管理者的责任意识,有效预防和减少职业病对职工身心的损伤。Objective To understand the details of occupational health surveillance and employee health surveillance in 100 companies in Nanhai District,Foshan City.Methods From January to December 2019,the occupational health and occupational hazard factors of 100 enterprises in Nanhai District,Foshan City were tested and analyzed.Results From January to December 2019,there were 22391 employees in 100 companies in Nanhai District,Foshan City,and a total of 4120 people exposed to occupational hazards.The proportions of occupational hazard exposure among the three large,medium and small companies,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);99.0%of manufacturing industry,1.00%of non-ferrous metal mining and dressing industry;2120 samples were collected,among them,there was a statistically significant difference in the noise failure rate,dust failure rate,and chemical poison failure rate(P<0.05);sample detection failure rate from high to low were private enterprises,joint ventures,other enterprises,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan-invested enterprises,foreign-invested enterprises,and limited liability companies.The unqualified rate of sample testing of private enterprises was compared with other enterprises,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The unqualified rate of samples from the rubber and plastic products industry and the metal products industry was quite different from that of the electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry and the electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pre-job,on-the-job,and off-job health checkups were performed,and 652 had different health problems,accounting for 15.83%.Among them,there were more people with electrical audiometry,blood routine,and lung function abnormalities.Conclusion Among the 100 enterprises in Nanhai District,Foshan City,the hazards of noise occupational diseases are the main factors.It is necessary to strengthen the awareness of employees'self-protection and the sense of r
