加强医院保洁人员的职业安全防护意识分析

摘　　要：目的分析加强医院保洁人员的职业安全防护意识措施。方法资料信息收录人员年限为2019年1月—2020年7月就业的保洁人员,运用医院自制的调查问卷,对医院中从业年限相同的100名女性保洁工作人员进行调查,对比保洁工作人员:保洁后洗手、清点以及清洗污物戴手套、处理污垢时带帽子和口罩、被利器损伤之后正确对伤口进行处理、病房消毒正确处理、配置的消毒剂浓度有效、洗手时间与模式正确、及时将损坏手套更换、洗手后无二次地污染状况、脱手套后再洗手、皮肤被体液与血液污染后立刻进行清洗概率。结果保洁后洗手、清点以及清洗污物戴手套、处理污垢时带帽子和口罩、被利器损伤后正确对伤口进行处理、病房消毒正确处理、配置的消毒剂浓度有效、洗手时间与模式正确、及时将损坏手套更换、洗手后无二次地污染状况、脱手套后再洗手、皮肤被体液与血液污染后立刻进行清洗概率分别为93.00%、88.00%、67.00%、81.00%、18.00%、7.00%、7.00%、7.00%、31.00%、19.00%、6.00%,证明医院保洁人员职业安全防护意识还是较弱,急需要寻求策略,保障保洁人员的职业安全防护意识。结论对医院保洁工作人员进行教育和培训,可以显著提升其职业安全防护意识,在保障其身体健康的同时,规避感染病大面积传染的概率,以此实现加强医院保洁人员职业安全防护意识的目的。Objective To analyze measures to strengthen the occupational safety protection awareness of hospital cleaning staff.Methods The data and information included cleaning staff who were employed from January 2019 to July 2020.Using a questionnaire prepared by the hospital,100 female cleaning staff with the same working experience in the hospital were surveyed and the cleaning personnel was compared:wash hands after cleaning,check and clean dirt,wear gloves,wear a hat and mask when handling dirt,properly treat wounds after being injured by sharp objects,properly disinfect the ward,configure effective disinfectant concentration,and wash hands with the correct time and mode,change the damaged gloves in time,wash your hands without secondary contamination,wash your hands after taking off your gloves,and wash your hands immediately after the skin is contaminated with body fluids and blood.Results Wash your hands after cleaning,check and clean dirt,wear gloves,wear a hat and mask when handling dirt,treat the wound correctly after being injured by a sharp object,treat the ward properly,disinfect the configured disinfectant concentration effectively,wash your hands and mode correctly,and remove it in time damaged gloves are replaced,there was no secondary contamination after washing hands,the hands are washed after taking off the gloves,and the skin is contaminated with body fluids and blood.The probability of washing immediately were 93.00%,88.00%,67.00%,81.00%,18.00%,7.00%,7.00%,7.00%,31.00%,19.00%,6.00%,which proved the occupational safety protection awareness of hospital cleaning staff It is still weak,and it was urgent to seek strategies to ensure the occupational safety protection awareness of cleaning staff.Conclusion Education and training of cleaning staff in hospitals can significantly improve their awareness of occupational safety protection,protect their health while avoiding the probability of large-scale infection of infectious diseases,so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening the awareness of occupational
