摘　　要：目的对菏泽市2019年急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例的监测系统运行数据进行分析。方法下载中国AFP监测信息报告管理统统菏泽市数据库,收集AFP病例临床、流行病学、实验室检测数据,对相关资料进行描述性分析。结果2019年菏泽市共报告15岁儿童AFP 21例,报告发病率1.04/10万,AFP病例分布于全市8县区。AFP病例48 h及时调查率为100.00%,双份合格大便标本采集率为85.71%,标本送检及时率为100.00%,未发现脊髓灰质炎野病毒(WPV)、未检测到肠道病毒(EV)。所有AFP病例均为脊髓灰质炎排除病例,无WPV病例,无脊髓灰质炎疫苗相关病例(VAPP)、脊髓灰质炎疫苗衍生病毒(VDPV)病例和脊髓灰质炎疫苗变异病毒病例,均为非脊髓灰质炎AFP。其中前4位病种依次分别为格林巴利综合征、脊髓炎、创伤性神经炎、脑脊髓炎病例,构成比分别占28.57%、9.52%、9.52%、4.76%。结论菏泽市AFP病例监测系统运行指标达到保持无脊髓灰质炎状态的要求,但仍有不足,应加强AFP监测的质量。Objective To analyze the operation data of the surveillance system of acute flaccid paralysis(AFP)cases in Heze City in 2019.Methods Download the Heze City database for the management of China's AFP monitoring information report,collect clinical,epidemiological,and laboratory test data of AFP cases,and perform descriptive analysis of related data.Results In 2019,a total of 21 cases of 15-year-old children with AFP were reported in Heze City,with a reported incidence rate of 1.04 per 100000.AFP cases were distributed in 8 counties and districts in the city.The 48 h timely investigation rate of AFP cases was 100.00%,the collection rate of double qualified stool specimens was 85.71%,and the timely rate of specimen submission was 100.00%.No wild poliovirus(WPV)or intestinal tract was detected.No virus(EV)was detected.All AFP cases were polio-excluded cases,no WPV cases,no polio vaccine-related cases(VAPP),polio-derived poliovirus(VDPV)cases,and polio Vaccine variant virus cases are all non-poliomyelitis AFP.Among them,the top 4 diseases were Guillain-Barrésyndrome,myelitis,traumatic neuritis,and encephalomyelitis cases,and their constituent ratios accounted for 28.57%,9.52%,9.52%and 4.76%respectively.Conclusion The operating indicators of the AFP case monitoring system in Heze City meet the requirements for maintaining a polio-free state,but there are still shortcomings.The quality of AFP monitoring should be strengthened.
