中国特色体育学科体系的构建与完善

摘　　要：为推动中国特色体育学科体系的构建,梳理体育学科体系的演进历程、历史成就、现实困境,分析中国特色体育学科体系的内涵、特征与价值。认为:当前体育学科体系存在基础学科中国特色不突出、重点学科不明晰、新兴交叉学科建设迟缓、冷门学科被关注度低、二级学科定位不明确、学科社会贡献度待提升等问题;中国特色体育学科体系是立足中国特色体育实践、凸显人民中心地位与社会服务贡献力、守正创新的学科体系;构建中国特色体育学科体系对助推体育强国和健康中国建设、加快体育现代化进程、助力体育学术体系和话语体系的形成具有重要价值。以习近平总书记“5·17”讲话为根本遵循,以体育强国建设战略任务为对标点,综合依据体育运动实践、学科性质等分类标准,构建由体育基础学科、体育重点学科、新兴交叉体育学科、体育冷门学科四部分组成的体育学科体系新框架,并提出分支学科的主攻方向。To promote the construction of sport disciplinary system with Chinese characteristics,its evolution process,historical achievements and realistic dilemma,including its content,feature and value is explored.It is indicated that problems are shown as less prominent Chinese characteristics in sport fundamental disciplines,indistinct in key disciplines,tardy construction in emerging disciplines,little attention in less popular disciplines,unclear orientation of sub-disciplines,and room for the improvement of social contribution.The sport discipline system with Chinese characteristics,therefore,should be the one rooted in Chinese sport practice with people-centeted,social-service-contribution-centered,and inheritance-innovation-centered.Constructing sport discipline system with Chinese characteristics is of great value in building a leading sports nation and healthy China,accelerating the modernization process of sport,and formulating sport academic and discourse system.Following the"May 17th"speech by General Secretary Xi Jinping and taking the leading sports nation strategy as the benchmark,the classification standards like sports practice and discipline property are adopted to construct a new framework of discipline system consisting of sport fundamental disciplines,sport key disciplines,emerging sport interdisciplines,and less popular sport disciplines,in which the main direction of each sub-discipline has been presented as well.
