微信公众平台在高校学科服务领域的新思路

摘　　要：从当下微信公众平台对高校学科服务的重要性入手,指出了目前高校利用微信公众平台开展学科服务存在的问题。通过对微信公众平台学科服务的规范、队伍、专业性、内容形式、互动性及精准性等方面进行了分析和研究。提出高校图书馆应该把微信公众平台作为学科服务创新升级的着力点,提升广大师生的服务体验的新思路。Starting from the importance of the current WeChat public platform for the discipline service in universities,this paper points out the problems existing in the current university's use of WeChat official account to carry out disciplinary services.Through the analysis and research on the standardization,team,professionalism,content form,interaction and accuracy of the discipline service of WeChat public platform,it is suggested that the university library should put the WeChat public platform on the platform.As the focus of innovation and upgrading of subject service,it is a new idea to enhance the service experience of teachers and students.
