摘　　要：为金刚石探测器设计了一种低噪声前置放大器,该放大器采用负反馈和两级级联结构,输入级通过最小噪声系数匹配降低系统噪声,输出级采用共轭匹配提高系统增益。仿真结果表明:该放大器在10〜2 GHz内增益为32.5 dB,增益平坦度小于1 dB,噪声系数小于1.5 dB,输入输出回波损耗均小于-10 dB。A low-noise preamplifier is designed for the diamond detector.The amplifier adopts negative feedback and a two-stage cascade structure.The input stage uses minimum noise figure matching to reduce system noise,and the output stage uses conjugate matching to increase system gain.The simulation results show that the amplifier has a gain of 32.5 dB within 10 MHz~2 GHz,the gain flatness is less than 1 dB,the noise figure is less than 1.5 dB,and the input and output return loss are less than-10 dB.
