摘  要:为了研究氢水(hydrogen water,HW)对高脂高糖饲料喂养大鼠主要脏器和肝损伤的调节作用,采用灌胃方式对高脂高糖饲料喂养的大鼠灌服氢水,观察各组大鼠胸腺、脾脏、肝脏、肾脏、心脏等主要脏器的外观及脏器指数变化,同时通过伊红-苏木精染色观察肝脏病理变化,并检测血清转氨酶、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活力及丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量。结果显示:相比高脂高糖饲料+ddH2O组大鼠,高脂高糖饲料+HW组大鼠的脾脏指数提高66.67%,肝脏指数降低23.31%,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);同时,高脂高糖饲料+ddH2O组大鼠的肝脏组织出现明显空泡样变性,而其余各组未见异常;此外,与高脂高糖饲料+ddH2O组相比,高脂高糖饲料+HW组大鼠血清谷草转氨酶(glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase,GOT)和谷丙转氨酶(glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,GPT)的活力分别降低44.10%、27.04%,差异具有极显著性(P<0.01),而血清SOD、GSH-Px与CAT的活力分别提高45.07%、61.11%和89.94%,差异均具有极显著性(P<0.01),MDA含量降低31.00%,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,氢水可降低高脂高糖饮食对大鼠免疫系统造成的潜在损伤,并通过提高机体抗氧化作用对高脂高糖饮食造成的大鼠肝损伤起一定的保护作用。To study the regulatory roles of hydrogen water(HW)on main organ and liver injuries caused by high fat and high sugar,rats were fed with high-fat and high-sugar diet,and drenched with HW via intragastric administration,then their appearance of the main organs and organ indexes of thymus,spleen,liver,kidney and heart were observed.The pathological changes of liver were observed by eosin-hematoxylin staining,and the enzyme activities,including aminotransferases,superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in sera of rats were measured.Results showed that the spleen index of rats fed high-fat and high-sugar diet plus HW increased 66.67%(P<0.05),while the liver index decreased 23.31%(P<0.05),compared with those of rats fed high-fat and highsugar diet plus ddH2O.Vacuolar degeneration in liver occurred in the group of rats fed high-fat and highsugar diet plus ddH2O group,but no histopathological abnormalities were found in other groups.The activities of glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT)and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT)in sera of rats fed high-fat and high-sugar diet plus HW decreased 44.10%(P<0.01)and 27.04%(P<0.01),respectively,compared with those of rats fed high-fat and high-sugar diet plus ddH2O.Meanwhile,the activities of SOD,CAT,GSH-Px rose 45.07%(P<0.01),89.94%(P<0.01)and 61.11%(P<0.01),respectively,and the content of MDA dropped 31.00%(P<0.05).In conclusion,drinking hydrogen water may protect immune system and liver from damages caused by high-fat and high-sugar diet via improving body’s antioxidant capacity in a certain degree.
