人防分区布局对建筑设计影响及解决策略研究

摘　　要：随着城市的发展与建设,建筑中的人防设计越来越受到人们的重视。为了更深入地从实践角度探索人防设计策略,本文以陕西省某研发中心项目为例,分析人防分区布局对建筑设备、人防口部、车库防火分区及停车位的影响,从建筑师角度总结并提炼相应解决策略和设计方法。With the development and construction of cities,civil air defense design in buildings has attracted more and more attention.In order to explore the civil air defense design strategy from a practical perspective,taking a research and development center project in Shaanxi as an example,the impact of the civil air defense zoning layout on construction equipment,civil air defense openings,garage fire compartments and parking spaces is analyzed,and from the perspective of architects,the corresponding solution strategies and design methods are summarized and refined.
