摘  要:混合高层住区已成为城市住区的建设趋势,其内部较复杂的风环境直接影响到居民的舒适程度,而目前缺乏对混合高层住区室外风环境的研究。本文以西安凤鸣华府小区和景园小区为例,通过实测与模拟分析冬季主导风向影响下混合高层住区人行区域风环境存在的问题和内部空间形态与风环境之间的关系。研究成果可为相关规划设计提供参考。Mixed high-rise residential areas have become the development trend of urban residential areas.Its complicated internal wind environment directly affects the comfort of residents,and there is currently a lack of research on the outdoor wind environment of mixed high-rise residential areas.This paper takes Fengming Huafu Community and Jingyuan Community in Xi’an as examples,and analyzes the problems in the wind environment of the pedestrian area in mixed high-rise residential areas under the influence of the dominant wind direction in winter and the relationship between the internal spatial form and the wind environment through actual measurement and simulation.The research results can provide references for related planning and design.
