摘 要:低压小型断路器主要采用热脱扣原理跳闸,当环境温度偏高时,容易发生误跳闸,对于重要二次控制保护设备而言,误跳闸可能带来较大的事故和风险。针对这些问题,分析了低压小型断路器高温环境误跳闸的原因,提出了一种利用温度开关设计的具备温度补偿与跳闸预警的新型断路器。对新型断路器与现有断路器在不同温度及不同额定电流下的跳闸时间进行了比较,结果证明新型断路器可有效降低误跳闸概率,具备比较好的实用价值。Low-voltage miniature circuit breakers mainly adopts thermal tripping principle.When the environment temperature is on the high side,it is easy for important secondary control protection devices to mis-tripping.This may lead to the big accident and the risk.In view of these problems,this paper analyzes the cause of the low-voltage miniature circuit breaker′s mis-tripping in the high temperature environment.It designed a new type of circuit breaker with temperature compensation and trip warning designed by using temperature switch.And through comparing the tripping time of the new circuit breaker with the existing circuit breakers under different temperatures and different rated currents,the results show that the new circuit breaker can effectively reduce the false tripping probability and has good practical value.
