摘　　要：领导干部家风建设涉及到其思想素质、政治立场、权力观念及作风建设等方方面面,具有较强的特殊性和复杂性等特点,必须严肃认真对待,特别是要重视分析领导干部家风建设成效发挥的影响因素。新时代,应从注重家庭、家教和家风的角度出发,在增强领导干部家风建设的可行性、约束性与督促性上着力,拓展领导干部家风建设的实践成效和影响力。The construction of leadin g cadres’ family style is related to their ideological quality,political position,power concept and style construction,which has the characteristics of particularity and complexity.We must take it seriously,especially pay attention to the analysis of the influencing factors of the construction of leading cadres’ family style.In the new era,we should pay attention to the family,family education and family style,strengthen the feasibility,restraint and supervision of the construction of the family style of leading cadres,and expand the practical effect and influence of the construction of the family style of leading cadres.
