摘　　要：【目的】探讨国家自然科学基金委员会(以下简称"基金委")与国内管理学重要期刊通信作者要求规范化的现状、问题与关系等,为中国科技期刊与基金委的科研诚信与学术规范建设提供参考。【方法】通过对学术规范信息的检索分析以及调研访谈,就基金委与科技期刊对通信作者要求的规范化等内容展开比较分析。【结果】基金委对于通信作者的规范化以及科研诚信的要求在逐年增强,而30种国内管理学重要期刊在这些方面的规范与建设还有提升空间。【结论】国内科技期刊对通信作者规范的要求与标准,以及与之配套的科研诚信和学术规范建设需继续完善,并与基金委等资助机构形成体系对接与良性互动,促进科技治理体系的完善。[Purposes]This paper explores the status quo and problems in the standardized management of corresponding authors by National Natural Science Foundation of China( NSFC) and major management science( MS) journals in China and the relationship between the requirements of the two,which is expected to help enhance scientific integrity and academic standardization in Chinese scientific journals and NSFC. [Methods] Through the retrieval and analysis of related academic norms,investigation,and interview,we compared the requirements of NSFC and scientific journals for standardizing corresponding authors. [Findings]NSFC has been tailoring the requirements to strengthen corresponding author standardization and scientific integrity,while the 30 major MS journals should further reinforce the above managements. [Conclusions] Chinese scientific journals should further improve the requirements and standards for corresponding authors,intensify scientific integrity and academic standardization,and follow the requirements of NSFC and other funding agencies to improve the scientific management system.
