摘 要:陶瓷与金属的理化性质差异较大,实现二者的连接面临陶瓷润湿性差和接头中存在残余应力的问题。本文对陶瓷与金属钎焊连接的研究进展进行了论述,重点总结了实现二者连接的活性钎焊法和缓解残余应力的复合钎料法、中间层法及陶瓷表面加工改性等方法,并对陶瓷与金属钎焊连接的发展趋势进行了展望。The physical and chemical properties of ceramic and metal are different, which leads to the problems of poor wettability of ceramic and residual stress in the joint. The research progress of brazing joining between ceramics and metal was discussed. The active brazing to realize the joining of ceramic and metal, the composite filler metal, interlayer and ceramic surface processing modification for relieving residual stress were mainly summarized. The development trend of the brazing between ceramic and metal was prospected.
