摘 要:采用同步轧制工艺对Mg-3.52Sn-3.32Al合金挤压板材在603 K进行了小变形轧制实验,用XRD、OM、SEM和TEM分析了挤压板材和轧制板材的相组成和微观组织,并测试了室温拉伸性能。结果表明:热轧后,合金板材的相组成未发生变化,仍由α-Mg基体、颗粒Mg_(2)Sn相和块状Mg_(17)Al_(12)相组成。但第二相大量析出,且发生明显的动态再结晶,晶粒尺寸为5~10μm。在细晶强化、加工硬化和第二相强化的共同作用下,轧制板材的综合拉伸力学性能显著提高,抗拉强度和屈服强度分别由挤压板材的270、193 MPa提高至332、297 MPa,提高幅度分别为23%和54%。此时,伸长率为5.0%。The rolling test with small-deformation of Mg-3.52 Sn-3.32 Al alloy extruded sheet was carried out at 603 K by synchronous rolling process. The phase composition and microstructure of extruded and rolled sheets were analyzed by XRD,OM, SEM and TEM, and the tensile properties at room temperature were also tested. The results show that the phase compositions of the alloy sheet do not change after hot rolling, which still consists of α-Mg matrix, granular Mg_(2)Sn phase and block Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase. However, lots of the second phases precipitate during the rolling process. Meanwhile, obvious dynamic recrystallization occurs, and the grain size is 5-10 μm. Under the combined action of grain-refinement, work hardening and second phase strengthening, the comprehensive tensile mechanical properties of the rolled sheet are significantly enhanced,and the tensile strength and yield strength are increased from 270 and 193 MPa of the extruded sheet to 332 and 297 MPa,which increase by 23% and 54%, respectively. At this time, the extension is 5.0%.
