摘 要:目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定大气细颗粒物(PM2.5)中锂、铍、钠、镁、铝、钾、钙、钒、铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、镓、砷、硒、铷、锶、银、镉、铟、锑、铯、钡、汞、铊、铅、铋和铀31种元素的方法。方法采样地点设在宜昌市疾病预防控制中心东山工作区4楼平台,距离地面高度约为10 m。每月10日-16日采用青岛崂应2 030型中流量采样器,以100 L/min流速采集大气中PM2.5,每天连续采样20 h,采样滤膜为直径90 mm的瑞典munktell石英纤维滤膜。大气中PM2.5经中流量采样器采集后,用5%HNO_3超声加热提取后,ICP-MS测定,在线内标校正干扰。结果 31种元素的相关系数均>0.999,检出限为0.001 ng/m^(3)~0.246 ng/m^(3),加标回收率为86.1%~110.2%,相对标准偏差为0.60%~6.69%。结论本方法测定PM2.5中31种元素,操作简便、快速,结果准确、可靠,能满足大气细颗粒物中金属元素的测定要求。Objective To establish a method for the determination of Li,Be,Na,Mg,Al,K,Ca,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Ga,As,Se,Rb,Sr,Ag,Cd,In,Sb,Cs,Ba,Hg,Tl,Pb,Bi and U in atmospheric fine particles(PM2.5)by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods The sample was taken from a platform on the 4th floor of Yichang Municipal Centre for Disease Control and Prevention,about 10 metres above ground level.PM2.5 was collected at a flow rate of 100 L/min on a Swedish 90 mm munktell quartz fiber filter by 2030 medium flow sampler on 10-16 days of each month.31 elements were detected by ICP-MS after ultrasound assisted extracted with 5% HN0_(3).Results The correlation coefficients of 31 elements were greater than 0.999,the detection limit were within 0.001 ng/m^(3)-0.246 ng/m3,the recoveries were within 86.1%-110.2%,and the relative standard deviation were within 0.60%-6.69%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable for the determination of 31 elements in PM2.5.It can meet the requirements for the determination of metal elements in fine particulate matter.
